Can I withdraw from a course that I signed up for?

You have the right to withdraw from the course without any costs until 60 days prior to the start of the course (the date that is stated in the course description). Furthermore, you can withdraw without any costs within 14 days of your registration, regardless of the 60-day deadline. A withdrawal requires a notification in writing. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your course.

Are all courses being held online or are there on-site courses as well?

At this point, all our UXN courses are online. We do however, offer a few on-site workshops which you will find under the "Event" section

What if I am not available at the time of a live-session?

No problem at all. All live-sessions are being recorded and you will receive the link to the video shortly after the live-session.
